Description
This short trail heads northwest from Boca del Paso, through a landscape marked by centuries of traditional agriculture, until it reaches the historic centre of La Quinta, which dates back to the 16th century.
Along the route you will see many ethnographic features that bear witness to its agricultural past: threshing floors, farming terraces, irrigation channels built with stone and wood, cisterns and the remains of rural dwellings.
The trail ends next to the chapel of Santa Margarita, a 16th century building that houses valuable religious figures, such as Margaret of Antioch and Saint Lucia. A large circular threshing floor and old washing places are located nearby, adding to the heritage interest of the area.
